This year, I found out that the all of the second graders at my school would need to read a BIOGRAPHY of a famous person and then write a report on it! This second grade Biography Writing Unit is just what you need to teach your students how to write a biography! When it comes to writing, there is so much we want (and need) to teach our students. However, we cannot focus on all of it all at once or we will cause our students to hate writing.
