When Samantha was still a child, her family moved to New Hampshire, where she attended Pinkerton Academy in Derry. During her high school years, she was passionate about the performing arts and participated in music and drama. She continued this passion at Chapman University and later at Syracuse University, where she majored in musical theater and attained a Bachelor's Degree in Fine Arts. Additionally, she took twelve years of voice lessons to complement her theater skills. One week after receiving her degree, Samantha moved to New York City to pursue a career as a television actress.
